Professional environment with specialized surveillance team DESCRIPTION At Prosegur, we are looking to hire a Security Guard for a stable position at a high-security facility located at our Vicálvaro (Madrid) headquarters. This is a key position with a high level of responsibility, carried out from a guard booth and control center, where strict security protocols are applied and coordination with a specialized team is required. It is an ideal opportunity for committed professionals who are service-oriented and seek a solid, structured environment with real career progression within the company. ### **What will you do?** * Control of access for staff, visitors, and suppliers. * Surveillance via video surveillance systems (CCTV). * Operational management of the service from the guard booth / control center. * Strict application of established security protocols. * Communication and coordination with other security teams. ### **What do we offer?** * Indefinite full-time contract, with salary according to the Private Security Collective Agreement. * Service allowance based on position type and firearm allowance (if applicable or upon obtaining the firearm license). * Rotating shifts: **Monday to Friday**: 8-hour shifts (morning / afternoon / night); **Weekends**: 12-hour shifts. * **Training for obtaining a firearm license**, if not already held. * Stable position at a reference facility. * Professional environment with specialized surveillance team. REQUIREMENTS ### **What are we looking for?** * Valid **Private Security Guard License (TIP)**. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Professional attitude, responsibility, and service orientation. * Prior experience in security guard positions. * Previous experience in **guard booths, control centers, or CCTV-based services** is desirable. * Residence in Madrid or willingness to commute to **Vicálvaro**.
