What projects do we develop?
The department's mission is to understand the needs and challenges of areas related to Credit Admission and Risk Management at CaixaBank. From there, it identifies how technology can help meet those needs and shapes them into projects. This involves defining key initiatives, formalizing them as projects, and managing their implementation.
Additionally, active management of the budget associated with these areas is required to maximize return on investment.
**Responsibilities:**
**Project Management:** Lead or coordinate the implementation of technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
**Stakeholder Relationship Management:** Serve as the key point of contact between IT and Risk areas, understanding their needs and strategic objectives.
**Technology Alignment:** Ensure that IT solutions align with corporate strategy and contribute to growth and operational efficiency.
**Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process optimization through the use of emerging technologies.
**Requirements Analysis:** Collaborate with stakeholders to define technological needs, document them, and prioritize them.
**Change Management:** Support adoption of new technologies through training, communication, and close collaboration with business teams.
**Security and Compliance:** Ensure that technological solutions comply with applicable security standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Technical degree (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, etc.)
Knowledge of CaixaBank’s financial business and familiarity with the bank’s product and service portfolio will be valued.
Prior experience in this role or similar positions will be valued.
