At **Vértice Asisencial**, we are seeking an **Occupational Therapist** to join our team at one of our senior residential facilities. **Main responsibilities:** * Assess residents' functional capacities and design individualized intervention programs. * Plan and implement cognitive stimulation, motor skills, and personal autonomy activities. * Coordinate workshops and group activities aimed at improving quality of life. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in developing care plans. * Evaluate and adapt technical aids and assistive devices. * Prepare follow-up and progress reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy. * Valid professional registration (if applicable). * Prior experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or day centers is desirable. * Empathy, creativity, and group facilitation skills. **We offer:** * Permanent contract and working hours to be agreed upon. * A positive work environment and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary according to collective agreement and experience.
