Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team We are looking for factory workers for a canned food company located in the Couso area of Ribeira. The job involves processing, packaging, logistics, maintenance, and supply activities within the production process. A contract will be offered through a temporary employment agency, with monthly renewals and a realistic possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday on rotating intensive shifts: morning shift from 07:30 to 15:30, afternoon shift from 15:30 to 23:30, and night shift from 23:30 to 07:30\. The hourly wage is €10.85. No prior experience is required—only motivation to work in a dynamic and stable environment. Responsibilities include cleaning and selecting raw materials, manual and mechanical packing, palletizing, order preparation, line replenishment, and moving goods in warehouses and cold rooms. Availability to work rotating shifts or a fixed night shift. Prior experience in the food sector or industrial environments is a plus. Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
