Join our BTheOne Program and begin your journey!** **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Drive operational excellence by identifying and eliminating process losses impacting line efficiency. * Build robust and scalable processes, strengthening the team’s ability to maintain operational control and stability. * Develop and implement clear, effective standards to improve team and line consistency and performance. * Lead problem-solving efforts by analyzing process failures and guiding the team toward sustainable, data-driven solutions. * Design and maintain intelligent data collection and analysis systems, focusing on critical process and product parameters. * Transform data into decisions, using insights to prioritize improvement opportunities and increase performance. * Collaborate with the line trio and team leads, driving improvements and new standards with direct impact on operations. * Contribute to daily continuous improvement by actively participating in operational routines and follow-up sessions.
