We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to support both properties, located just a short distance apart in the city center, alongside the Urumea River. **The essentials at a glance** ------------------------------ * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 (20h/week). * **Location:** Colectia Hotel Urumea, Paseo de Urumea 15, Donostia, with occasional travel to the group’s second boutique hotel—also small-scale and nearby. * **Start date:** Immediate. * **Contract:** Permanent \- Part-time **Your responsibilities** Given that both are boutique hotels with fewer than 25 rooms each, the daily volume of incidents is manageable, allowing for an organized workflow within the 4-hour daily schedule: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities: electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and minor carpentry. * Prompt diagnosis and resolution of malfunctions to minimize guest inconvenience. * Coordination with the front desk team to prioritize incidents based on urgency. **What we’re looking for** ---------------- * Experience in facility maintenance—whether in the hospitality sector, residential buildings, or property owners’ associations. * General knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and HVAC systems, plus the ability to handle versatile maintenance tasks. * Autonomy to resolve everyday issues without constant supervision. * Professional-level Spanish. * A valid driver’s license or personal vehicle is preferred, due to occasional travel between the two hotels.
