**Job Description: Industrial Maintenance Technician – Mechanical** Our industrial company based in Algiers is recruiting an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Mechanical specialty) (Male/Female). **Your Responsibilities:** - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical production equipment - Diagnose and repair failures: bearings, bushings, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors - Carry out assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and alignment of machinery - Perform lubrication and inspection of mechanical components - Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics - Propose improvements to reduce machine downtime - Complete intervention reports **Required Profile:** - BTS/DTS/TS degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Maintenance - Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment - Solid knowledge of general mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics - Proficiency in using measuring tools: calipers, dial indicators - Rigorous, autonomous, and team-oriented - Fluency in Arabic and technical French **We Offer:** - Permanent employment contract (CDI) - Attractive salary: starting from €1100 net/month, depending on experience - Performance bonuses + meal allowance + transportation allowance - Working hours: [8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 3x8 shifts, to be specified] - Stable work environment and continuous training Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
