We are currently looking for **a Functional Consultant** for our **Banking Business Unit**, who wants to participate in strategic projects for some of the leading national and international financial institutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements together with business areas. * Act as the liaison point between clients and technical teams. * Define processes, business rules, and use cases. * Prepare functional documentation and ensure its timely updates. * Participate in the design and validation of solutions aimed at improving banking processes. * Coordinate functional testing (UAT) and ensure compliance with defined requirements. * Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. * Participate in project management and tracking, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. **Key Skills** * Analytical and strategic thinking * Effective communication and data storytelling * Proactivity and results orientation * Ability to adapt to agile environments **What We Offer** Innovative projects across sectors such as banking, retail, insurance... * Professional career development and continuous training. * Positive work environment. * Flexible compensation. * Hybrid remote work (based in Madrid, minimum 2 days per week in the office) * + Flexible working hours. * Intensive working schedule every Friday, and during July and August. * Access to training platforms. **Interested?** Apply now and become part of a company that champions innovation, talent, and professional growth! **Requirements:** --------------- **✅ Minimum Requirements** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role. * Knowledge of the banking sector and some of its key processes: customer acquisition and engagement, payment methods, risk and financing, CRM and commercial management, digital channels, financial products. * Experience in: requirements elicitation and analysis, functional documentation preparation, process and use case definition, functional testing management. * Advanced English proficiency. ✅ Desirable: * SQL knowledge. * Experience in data and analytics environments. * Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Experience in digital transformation or CRM projects.
