This opportunity targets professionals preferably holding a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related fields. **What Value Will You Bring to the Team?** We seek individuals committed to long-term projects and passionate about building their professional careers. * Review and oversight of monthly and annual financial closings. * Cost analysis and budget monitoring. * Tax preparation and support in accounting and financial integration. * Support in financial closings and control over their proper execution. * Preparation of financial reporting and support to management in decision-making. **Must-haves for This Role** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Controller or similar roles. * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines. * Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial closing processes. * Prior experience in auditing (positively valued). * Analytical profile, detail-oriented, with ability to identify incidents or deviations. * Proficiency in office tools and advanced Excel. * Knowledge of financial ERP systems (SAP, Navision, or others) is desirable. **At Global Factor, We Also Commit to You** We offer: * Integration into a strategic area within the organization. * Continuous training in your areas of specialization. * Are you ready?
