Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to ensure the financial solidity and transparency of a foundation that drives human transformation through a holistic and ecosystemic approach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the financial solidity and transparency of the organization 2. End-to-end management of the accounting cycle 3. Collaboration in financial reporting and budgeting At **Fundació Humanitas Internacional**, we drive human transformation by understanding the human being from a holistic and *ecosystemic* perspective. To this end, we provide operational and financial support to socio-economic innovation projects, scientific research on human consciousness, and outreach initiatives. We are looking for an **accounting professional** who wishes to contribute their talent to a purpose-driven cause, taking responsibility for the financial solidity and transparency of our organization. **Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of the foundation’s accounting cycle. * Bank reconciliation and treasury control. * Management of invoices, receipts, and project expense documentation. * Support in preparing taxes and fulfilling basic tax obligations. * Collaboration in developing budgets, financial statements, and financial reporting (both internal and for supervisory bodies or donors). * Administrative tasks arising from the position. **Requirements** * Mandatory: Higher Vocational Training Degree (CFGS) in **Administration and Finance**, or higher education (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or equivalent qualification) * Advanced level of **English** (**minimum B2**, certifiable; C1 or C2 highly desirable) * Solid and demonstrable knowledge of **general accounting**. * Basic knowledge of **taxation** (VAT, withholding taxes, etc.). Familiarity with the tax regime applicable to non-profit organizations is a plus. * Strong organizational, planning, proactive, and rigorous capabilities. **What We Offer** * Part-time contract (working hours to be agreed upon, ideal for work-life balance or compatibility with studies/other projects). * **One day per week onsite in Barcelona**, the rest **remote work**.
