Field Service Engineer

Description

A major distributor of several international companies, offering its customers a wide range of molecular diagnostic products for immunology, transplant, genetics, oncology, and blood bank laboratories, is seeking a Field Service Engineer for its Technical Service Department: Field Service Engineer Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Customer support and post\-sales follow\-up. * Troubleshooting and resolving issues with laboratory equipment. * Equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and software/hardware upgrades. * Preparation and management of service documentation. * Support for installation and configuration of software and associated networks for diagnostic instruments. * Coordination with the IT department to resolve connectivity, communication, or instrument database issues.
