You will lead the design of analytical models and advanced visualizations that support strategic decision-making in sectors such as industry, energy, and aerospace. You will work closely with business teams, data architecture, and technology to ensure high-impact solutions. Key responsibilities include: We seek a professional with extensive experience in data analytics projects and products to join our team and develop and implement analytics solutions for real-world use cases. * Lead the identification of business analytics needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define KPIs, key metrics, and data structures that help our products and clients make data-driven decisions. * Collaborate with data architects in designing analytical data models optimized for information consumption via BI tools. * Develop advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring clarity, visual impact, and alignment with business objectives. * Validate the quality of data used, proposing improvements to ingestion and transformation processes. * Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through effective storytelling and visualizations. **What We Expect From You:** * More than 4 years of experience in descriptive analytics projects, with a focus on delivering business value. * Ability to assume technical leadership in descriptive analytics projects, collaborating closely with data architects. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. * Experience working on projects using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), actively participating in ceremonies. * Experience in sectors such as energy, industry, or aerospace will be highly valued. * Experience implementing simple ML models or using Generative AI in the context of descriptive analytics and dashboarding will be considered a plus. **Technical Skills** * Advanced proficiency in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, design of interactive dashboards. * Experience designing relational\-analytical data models (star schema, snowflake schema, etc.) handling large data volumes. * Solid SQL knowledge and data manipulation skills. * Familiarity with additional visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Looker is valued. * Basic Python knowledge for data analysis is a plus. * Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS) is valued. **What We Offer:** These are some of the benefits you’ll enjoy at the Sener Group: * You’ll have the opportunity to participate in innovative, high-tech international projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team. * Enjoy better time management through our flexible working hours and remote work policies. * Optimize your salary with our flexible compensation plan (meal card, private health insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.) and benefit from life and accident insurance. * We’ll support your physical and emotional well-being through our wellness program, including sports activities, workshops, etc. * We’ll foster your professional development with technical training, soft skills development, language courses, etc., helping you continue growing and achieving your goals. * We promote equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals and are certified as a Family-Responsible Entity (efr).
