Position Summary: We are seeking Technical Support Specialists for a Windows 11 migration project at a university in Barcelona, providing user support and technical assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in educational environments and events We are looking for two Technical Support Specialists to join an expanded service project for a university in Barcelona. You will integrate into a team of four people dedicated to migrating workstations to Windows 11, performing pre-migration workstation reviews, data backups, the actual migration, and subsequent support for incidents and adaptation to the new environment. **Main Responsibilities** Providing user support for incident resolution and change request management. Migrating devices to Windows 11, including pre-migration review and data backup. Providing technical support in educational environments. Preparing and providing technical support for events. Providing on-site support at various client locations within the city of Barcelona. **Requirements** Minimum qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM). Less than one year of professional experience in similar roles. Knowledge of end-user workstations. Knowledge of Microsoft systems. Fluency in Spanish and Catalan is mandatory. User empathy, proactivity, stress tolerance, and teamwork skills. Prior experience in educational environments or migration projects will be valued. **What We Offer** Permanent contract. Workplace in Barcelona, with travel required to various client locations within the city. 100% on-site work. Working hours between 8:00 and 18:00, with an 8-hour working day. Maximum annual gross salary of 21\.000 €.
