Requirements Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) Minimum experience: At least 1 year Minimum requirements: \- Technical training; customer service course is a plus. \- Extensive knowledge of construction trades or prior experience preferably in an insurance company or repair firms. Contacts with professionals from various construction trades interested in collaboration will be highly valued. \- Knowledge of various construction trades will be valued. \- Dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented, autonomous individual with strong teamwork skills, high stress and frustration tolerance, and excellent ability to work under pressure. Must also possess strong communication skills—assertive and empathetic. \- Proficiency in CRM software.
