Opportunity for learning and development in the sector Our clinic continues to grow, and we aim to hire a Veterinary Technical Assistant (VTA) for a role primarily focused on reception — a crucial part of delivering excellent service to our clients and patients. What Are We Looking For? We seek a dynamic, organized individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. Someone passionate about animals, possessing strong communication abilities and eagerness to learn and collaborate as part of a team. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? * Customer service at reception (in-person and by phone) * Appointment scheduling and calendar management * Basic client advisory support * Administrative assistance and daily clinic operations management * Occasional support to veterinarians during consultations or procedures, as needed Desirable Qualifications: * Prior experience in reception or customer service (experience in a veterinary clinic is a plus) * Formal training as a Veterinary Technical Assistant * Strong communication skills and organizational ability What Do We Offer? * Full-time employment contract (Monday to Friday, split shifts) * Salary above collective agreement standards * A friendly, professional work environment with strong teamwork * Opportunities to continue learning and advancing within the sector If you enjoy interacting with people as much as with animals, and wish to join a team where your role is essential, we’re looking for you!
