We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with a clear focus on international customers, ready to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Full management of export orders: creation of orders and sending confirmations. * Coordination and tracking of delivery dates with customers and production plants. * Control and management of invoices, documentation, and related processes. * Resolution of incidents related to orders, deliveries, and transportation. * Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements. * Optimization and monitoring of orders to improve lead times and efficiency. * Daily contact with international customers and suppliers. * Interaction with various plants and offices across the region to ensure smooth operational flow. **What We Offer** * Immediate incorporation. * Stable project in an established company. * Positive work environment and international team. * Annual salary: €26,000 to €28,000 (depending on experience). * Opportunity for growth and development within the export area. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Advanced level of English, French, and Italian is mandatory (a test will be conducted) — please refrain from applying if you do not fully master all three languages. * Prior experience in customer service or international/export departments. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Dynamic, organized individual with strong communication skills.
