Job stability and an open mindset toward new ideas. **We Are Looking For:** The role of **Breakfast Kitchen Supervisor** is successfully executed when: * Breakfast is prepared and served in accordance with standards set by the Executive Chef. * Health and hygiene standards (HACCP) are complied with. * Energy and material saving policies are followed, and generated waste is recycled. * Good communication is maintained with all colleagues within the team and across other departments regarding matters that may affect hotel operations and guest well-being. **Typical responsibilities for this position include:** Assisting in managing the breakfast kitchen brigade’s operations. Coordinating activities of cooks and kitchen assistants. Conducting daily checks of storerooms, refrigerators, and freezers. Supporting the Head Chef in cost control and kitchen operations, and implementing corrective measures when necessary. Inspecting the quality and quantity of received goods. Collaborating with the operation of other outlets. Preparing and verifying the preparation and presentation of food served during the breakfast shift, confirming that established recipes are used and presentation complies with predefined standards. Any other language is considered a plus. * Knowledge and experience in 5 star/luxury hotels. * Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
