Coordinating activities of cooks and kitchen assistants. Conducting daily checks of storerooms, refrigerators, and freezers. Supporting the Head Chef in cost control and kitchen operations, and implementing corrective measures when necessary. Inspecting the quality and quantity of received goods. Collaborating with the operation of other outlets. Preparing and verifying the preparation and presentation of food served during the breakfast shift, confirming that established recipes are used and presentation complies with predefined standards.
