As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are seeking to incorporate a **Procurement Administrator** into our team.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
Proposing the acquisition of goods and/or services timely and in accordance with the Company's Procurement Procedure, whose most relevant phases are as follows:
* Supplier and subcontractor qualification and approval.
* Issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
* Conducting technical-commercial comparisons.
* Preparing internal award proposals.
* Placing purchase orders in Business Central and tracking them until signature.
* Completing contracts and tracking them until signature.
* Recording and archiving the entire process in SharePoint for audit support.
**Requirements**:
* Vocational training related to Administration, International Trade, or Procurement.
* English language proficiency at B2-C1 level.
* Between 1 and 3 years of experience in procurement departments, procurement administration, or supply chain.
* Experience in EPC, construction, energy, industrial projects, or international environments will be valued.
* Demonstrable advanced knowledge of contract management.
* Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
* Familiarity with Business Central or a similar ERP system.
* Knowledge of documentary credits is desirable.
* Knowledge of supplier qualification platforms is desirable.
