Opportunities for continuous training and professional development. **La Brasa Roja**, a restaurant specializing in **Peruvian cuisine**, is looking to hire a **Kitchen Assistant** for full-time or part-time work at one of our locations. The selected candidate will actively participate in preparing and cooking typical dishes of Peruvian gastronomy, contributing to ensuring every meal is served with the highest quality and flavor. **Responsibilities:** * **Ingredient preparation support**: Cutting, peeling, and washing fresh products for both cold and hot dishes. * **Dish preparation**: Assisting in the preparation of traditional Peruvian dishes such as ceviche, lomo saltado, anticuchos, ají de gallina, among others. * **Kitchen maintenance**: Ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized throughout service, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. * **Collaboration with the kitchen team**: Working efficiently with the chef and other kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared on time and to a high standard. * **Inventory control**: Assisting with restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in a similar position in restaurant kitchens (preferred but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen utensil handling. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Commitment to **quality** and **customer service**. * Passion for **Peruvian cuisine**, with willingness to learn more about its techniques and recipes. * **Work permit (NIE/TIE IDENTIFIER)** **We Offer:** * **Full-time** employment contract. * A dynamic, family-like, and cooperative work environment. * Opportunities for **continuous training** and professional development in the gastronomic field. * Internal **benefits**, including restaurant discounts and opportunities for career growth within the company.
