Adaptability to different roles and flexibility in response to production changes are key aspects of daily work. The position also involves conducting basic visual inspections of products and reporting any anomalies to the supervisor. Additionally, the operator may participate in simple machinery maintenance tasks and cleaning of the work area. Compliance with all industrial safety regulations is essential, including proper use of provided personal protective equipment and adherence to established protocols. Attention to detail is required to minimize errors and maintain quality. The work environment is dynamic and team-based, where communication and cooperation are essential. The role requires physical activity, such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and moving around the facility.
