From **Hill International Spain** we are seeking to hire a **Junior Accounts Payable** to ensure the timely registration, control, and payment of supplier invoices, guaranteeing accurate administrative management and the reliability of financial information. The ideal candidate combines attention to detail and **experience working in international environments** and dynamic settings, collaborating closely with our external advisors. * Provide support to the Accounts Payable department by ensuring accurate registration, validation, and control of supplier and subcontractor invoices related to construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, tax regulations, and internal procedures. * You will primarily support the following countries: Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic. * Receipt, review, and accounting of domestic and international supplier invoices. * Verification of purchase orders and works certifications. * End-to-end accounts payable cycle management (registration, approval, and payment). * Supplier account reconciliations. * Preparation of payment batches and support in payment execution. * Document control and digital archiving in accordance with internal and external audit requirements. * Support for monthly financial closings and financial reporting. * Direct communication with suppliers and project teams (Project Managers, Cost Controllers). * Education in Administration, Finance, or related field. * Prior experience (internship or 1–2 years) in Accounts Payable or accounting. * Basic knowledge of accounting principles. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level). * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) is a plus. * **High level of English proficiency.**
