We are recruiting a **JUNIOR CONTROLLER** to join the finance department of an industrial company located in the province of Castellón. We seek a motivated individual eager to grow professionally, committed to engaging in business financial analysis, and aiming to progress into roles with greater responsibility. **Your Responsibilities:** * Participate in cost, budget, and results monitoring and control, analyzing variances and proposing improvement actions. * Collaborate in reviewing accounting closings, preparing financial reports, and reporting to Management. * Support internal and external audits, contributing to continuous improvement of financial and management control processes. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field. * 2\-3 years of experience in roles related to controlling, financial analysis, or analytical accounting, preferably in industrial environments. * Knowledge of ERP systems (Navision is highly valued), Power BI, and intermediate-level English. * Analytical, organized, detail-oriented individual with problem-solving ability and teamwork skills. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract and participation in an established corporate project. * Integration into a solid company. * Opportunity to engage in key areas of management control and financial analysis alongside the Finance Department. * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience. * Real opportunities for growth and professional development within the finance function.
