Requirements * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, or related field. * Prior experience in accounting and administrative roles (minimum 5 years). * Experience in analytical accounting and construction cost control. * ERP proficiency and ability to lead its implementation within the administrative/accounting function. * Strong command of office productivity tools and accounting software. * Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of working autonomously. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of taxation and labor law. * Experience in fast-growing company environments. * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. * Foreign language skills.
