Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager with experience in lightweight façades, capable of managing teams, planning and coordinating projects in a high-pressure construction environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in lightweight façades: curtain wall and ventilated façades. 2. Management of in-house and subcontracted teams. 3. Ability to work under pressure in construction. A Site Manager is required with in-depth knowledge of the lightweight façade sector: curtain wall and ventilated façades. Management of in-house and subcontracted installation teams. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment such as construction. Distribute and supervise personnel on site. Survey façades. Attend to clients on site. Resolve on-site issues. Planning. Coordination with technical office and procurement. Organization of production meetings. Monitoring and control of project costs. Organization of auxiliary resources for project execution. * Experience: 5 years. Minimum experience: 5 years; Desired experience: 10 years * Technical Diploma or Technical Engineering Degree * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * French (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Minimum education: Vocational Training (FP) or equivalent; Desired education: Engineering or Architecture * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Other relevant information: Working hours: 7:30–17:00; Salary: 30\.000 \- 40\.000; Salary will depend on candidate’s qualifications
