Opportunity for professional development Receptionist and Customer Service – Tourist Accommodations (30 hours/week) \- Torremolinos (Málaga) \- 30-hour weekly contract (Tuesday to Saturday) \- Gross salary: 1\.137,73 €/month About Letplanet At Letplanet, we manage tourist accommodations with a strong focus on service quality and guest experience. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our reception and customer service team. Main Responsibilities * In-person, telephone, and online guest assistance. * Management of check-ins and check-outs. * Coordination and follow-up of reservations. * Resolution of incidents during guests’ stays. * Handling customer inquiries and requests. * Coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams. * Sale and recommendation of complementary services. * Support in administrative tasks related to daily operations. What We Are Looking For * Excellent communication skills and public interaction ability. * Attention to detail and service orientation. * Ability to resolve incidents quickly and effectively. * Organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in digital tools and management applications. * Experience in the tourism sector and vacation accommodations is valued.
