Conditions * **Center or Service**: PUENTE DE VALLECAS PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTER * **Center Location**: C/Monte Perdido 43, Madrid. * **Start Date**: 3/8/2026 * **Contract End Date**: 4/9/2026 * **Annual Gross Remuneration**: 979.25 euros * **Weekly Hours**: 35h * **Working Hours**: 8:00\-15:00 Responsibilities: * **Register, file, and distribute users' documents** to various professionals to ensure proper service delivery. * **Provide administrative support to the team leader**, assisting in monitoring and managing administrative tasks. * **Organize, monitor, and maintain the warehouse**, managing requests, receipt, and storage of materials required for service operation. * **Coordinate and supervise the overall functioning of the center**, including space management, facility maintenance, and supporting technical staff in carrying out their activities. * **Supervise, manage, and process** the petty cash fund and related invoices, ensuring appropriate use of financial resources. * **Assist users or clients** in person and by phone, providing information and guidance on available services. * **Manage document delivery and collection** between the center and the relevant public administration, maintaining updated and properly organized records. * **Manage office supply purchases and material provisioning**, as well as other resources necessary for service maintenance. * **Update, share, and apply professional knowledge**, contributing to continuous service improvement and collaborative teamwork. **Required Academic Qualification:** * Intermediate-level vocational training in administrative management. **Required Professional Experience:** * One year of experience performing similar duties or in a comparable position. **Required Knowledge:** * Training and knowledge in personnel management, hiring, and payroll. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Familiarity with management tools (basic accounting, personnel management). **Other Desirable Attributes:** * Empathetic and dynamic individual. * Customer-oriented and service-focused mindset. * Experience in administration within social services
