**What are we looking for in this role?**
At Falck, we are seeking a trainee to join our **People & Culture Development** team at our **Sant Quirze** office.
If you are a dynamic, flexible, organized individual with strong attention to detail—and if you are interested in developing your career in Human Resources—you will have the opportunity to closely observe and actively collaborate in various processes related to the employee lifecycle at Falck.
You will work directly with the **P&C Business Partner** and the **People & Culture Selection and Communications** team, contributing to the development of processes, communications, and tools that support people management at Falck.
**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?**
**Make a real-life impact.** As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support during the initial stages of the employee lifecycle.
* Assisting in drafting and updating People & Culture procedures and processes.
* Supporting internal communications by creating content and announcements.
* Assisting in managing incidents and inquiries received via the People & Culture department’s email.
* Collaborating in the management and follow-up of trainees.
* Supporting the administration of PIFs (Internship Training Programs).
* Supporting data analysis to facilitate decision-making within the department.
* Participating in recruitment processes and activities.
* Collaborating on various departmental projects and initiatives.
* Assisting in maintaining and developing our HRIS (Oracle).
**What profile are we looking for?**

**Education and Experience:**
* Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management, or other related fields.
* Ability to formalize a **training agreement** with your educational institution.
* Prior professional experience is not mandatory, though any experience or internships related to Human Resources, administration, or communications will be valued.
**Technical Competencies:**
* English proficiency is desirable.
* Proficiency in office software and ease working with documentation and data.
* Ability to draft and organize information clearly and systematically.

* Attention to detail and organizational ability.
