Keep reading! **Essential requirements:** * Proactive, highly capable of working under pressure, with strong service orientation and customer focus. * Prior experience working as a Hostess. **What will you do at Sagardi?:** * Manage organic reservations via phone and/or in person. * Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty. * Acquire new customers. * Provide support during peak service periods. **You’ll be a “top” candidate if you also:** * Have full availability to work split shifts. * Minimum one year’s experience in a similar role. * Experience using Cover Manager, El Tenedor (The Fork), and Ágora. * Fluent Catalan and English.
