




Job Summary: Provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics Department, contributing to the control, organization, and tracking of materials, orders, and deliveries. Opportunity to work collaboratively with proactivity and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics Department, contributing to the control, organization, and tracking of materials, orders, deliveries, and logistics spaces. **Additional Responsibilities:** * Assist in receiving, verifying, and locating goods in the warehouse. * Support stock and inventory control, identifying discrepancies and assisting in their updating. * Track orders, delivery notes, and related documentation for suppliers and internal deliveries. * Perform basic coordination with other departments to ensure proper distribution of materials and supplies. * Assist in preparing reports, files, and records for the logistics area. * Participate in improving order, organization, and traceability within logistics areas and internal processes. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing studies related to Logistics, Administration, Commerce, Transportation, or similar fields. * Ability to formalize a training agreement with an educational institution or university. * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and email. * Organized, responsible, proactive individual with attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various departments. * Availability to undertake the internship in Marbella; knowledge of English or other languages is considered a plus. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset. * Interest in Procurement and in the operational functioning of a company in the hospitality sector.
