




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible individual to supervise and optimize the daily operations of a parking facility in Barcelona, managing finances, personnel, facility maintenance, and customer service to ensure optimal service delivery. Customer service and identification of new business opportunities We seek a professional to supervise and optimize the daily operations of a parking facility in Barcelona. The position requires comprehensive management, including financial control and revenue generation, administration of subscribers, and proactive identification of new business opportunities. Ensuring proper facility maintenance is critical—this includes coordinating service contracts and supervising necessary repairs or improvements, as well as maintaining cleanliness to provide a pleasant environment for users. Team management is an essential component of this role. This involves scheduling shifts, processing payroll, participating in recruitment and training of new staff, and ensuring personnel have required personal protective equipment and uniforms. Direct customer service responsibilities include handling incidents and complaints, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations regarding occupational risk prevention, data protection, and insurance. The objective is to maintain optimal service quality and operational efficiency across all areas of the parking facility. The selected candidate will join the Operations Department. We require a proactive, well-organized individual with strong team management skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and suppliers. Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities and resolving any operational issues that may arise will be highly valued. Higher Vocational Training qualification or equivalent. Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas. Personal vehicle and valid EU driving license (Category B). Minimum 3 years of proven team management experience. Experience in customer and supplier relations. Flexible availability. Conversational English proficiency is desirable.
