At **Content Removal**, an online reputation company, we are seeking a **Content Moderator** to work in a **100% remote** position, with sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive material. The role's objective is to review content published on websites, forums, social media, and other digital platforms; classify it according to our policies; and identify content that is defamatory, false, or harmful to our clients' reputations. **Mandatory: Native or bilingual proficiency in English.** This is an absolute requirement for this position. **Responsibilities:** * Review and classify large volumes of content published online. * Identify defamatory, false, illegal, or harmful material by applying internal criteria and guidelines. * Tag, prioritize, and escalate cases based on severity and urgency. * Document moderation decisions clearly and consistently. * Coordinate with takedown and Trust \& Safety teams to ensure case continuity. * Detect patterns and report trends or coordinated campaigns. **Requirements:** * **Native or bilingual English (mandatory)** and native Spanish. * Prior experience in content moderation, digital customer support, or similar roles. * Sound judgment, analytical ability, and tolerance for handling sensitive content. * Attention to detail and consistency in applying policies and guidelines. * Proficient use of digital tools and online platforms. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in Trust \& Safety or digital reputation management. * Familiarity with major platforms’ policies (Google, Meta, forums, web hosting services). **What we offer:** * **100% remote work** from anywhere. * Flexible working hours. * Competitive salary. * Continuous training and other benefits.
