**Job Description** A major Ford dealership is seeking an After-sales Advisor for its workshop in Tres Cantos, Madrid. We offer job stability (team expansion) within a young and dynamic group with a positive working atmosphere. **Responsibilities and Duties** The After-sales Advisor will be responsible for managing the entire back-office process with both the customer and the service advisor to coordinate the customer’s workshop visit (e.g., appointment scheduling, opening and closing work orders, substitute vehicle agreement, invoice explanation, payment collection, etc.) . **Qualifications and Skills** We seek a candidate with strong customer service orientation, commercial mindset, and preferably experience with automotive-specific systems and platforms.
