




Job Summary: We are seeking an accountant for an advisory and management firm in Alcobendas, responsible for HR administrative tasks, A3 software operation, invoice accounting, and monthly and annual closings. Key Points: 1. Administrative task management in HR and handling of the A3 software. 2. Invoice accounting and execution of monthly and annual closings. 3. Full-time morning shift, Monday to Friday. We are looking for a person to perform accounting functions at an advisory and management firm in Alcobendas. Main responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks within the Human Resources department, as well as operating the A3 software\. The candidate will also be responsible for invoice accounting, carrying out both monthly and annual closings. These duties will be complemented by other tasks inherent to the position, ensuring the proper functioning of accounting and administrative operations. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday during the morning shift. Working hours will be between 08:00 and 17:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * 8 years of experience. * Experience with A3\. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Spanish. * Vocational training in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent
