At Hotel Brach Madrid, we are looking to hire a part-time Host/Hostess to strengthen our Food & Beverage team. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual with prior experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants who embodies the brand’s values of excellence and hospitality. **HOST/HOSTESS – Part-Time** **Role Mission** To serve as the restaurant’s first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional, and personalized welcome and guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience from arrival onward. **Responsibilities** * Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Efficiently manage reservations and table allocation. * Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. * Escort guests to their tables and attend to their initial needs. * Maintain the reception area in immaculate condition, aligned with hotel standards. * Discreetly resolve basic issues with a strong customer-service orientation. **Required Profile** * Prior experience as a Host/Hostess in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or premium establishments. * Outstanding presence and communication skills. * Strong customer orientation and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Advanced level of English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus. * Availability for part-time work with flexible scheduling. **What We Offer** * Part-time employment contract. * Opportunity to join a luxury hotel with a solid and growing project. * Excellent working environment and multicultural team. * Compensation commensurate with experience and role.
