




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to manage personnel requests, coordinate interventions, handle billing and support, and foster a respectful and innovative work environment. Main responsibilities will include receiving and managing personnel requests, coordinating coverage both internally and through external consulting firms, always with directors’ approval. You will be responsible for scheduling professionals’ interventions, maintaining smooth communication with teams to share shift information, resolve queries and incidents. You will also handle project and external professionals’ billing, service follow-up, and administrative support for internship management. A full-time permanent contract is offered, with immediate start. Working hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including a lunch break and some flexibility.
