Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Workshop Assistant to ensure the proper execution of bakery and pastry processes according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation of bakery and pastry products 2. Ensure order and cleanliness at the workstation 3. Ability to continuously learn new processes and recipes **Sa&Bo**, a group comprising **Sant Antoni Pastissers** and **Forn Boix**, is looking to hire a **Workshop Assistant** for its production facilities in Salt, at the Costabella workshop. The purpose of this position is to ensure the correct execution of bakery and pastry processes in accordance with the company’s quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Production:** Prepare and produce bakery and pastry products strictly following recipes and guidelines issued by the Workshop Manager. * **Technical Control:** Monitor baking times, ingredient weighing, and final quantities. * **Machinery Operation:** Correctly operate technical equipment and specialized workshop tools. * **Regulatory Maintenance:** Ensure order and cleanliness at the workstation while rigorously complying with current hygiene and sanitation regulations. * **Internal Logistics:** Assist in preparing orders for retail outlets or distributors and ensure daily production flow. * **Incident Management:** Identify anomalies in the production process and promptly report them to supervisors. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Formal training in bakery or pastry is highly desirable. * **Experience:** Prior experience in workshop environments will be valued, although it is not an absolute requirement if appropriate training is demonstrated. * **Attitude:** A responsible, punctual individual with strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team. **Night Shift** **Professional Qualities** We seek a candidate with a strong execution-oriented profile, focused and capable of continuously learning new processes and recipes. This position requires effective communication with other members of the organizational structure.
