The main responsibilities are: * Coordinate the daily manufacturing tasks assigned to your shift. * Coordinate teams to ensure daily planning is fulfilled. * Analyze, propose, and implement continuous improvement actions. * Analyze industrial processes and work organization within your area and propose improvements (quality, occupational health and safety, production, etc.). * Optimize production sequencing in coordination with planning. * Develop and motivate the team. * Lead and promote management systems.
