We are looking to hire a **part-time barista**. Prior experience as a barista is not required, as we will provide training. For us, it is more important to find a person who is **honest, punctual, responsible, organized, and quick to learn**. **Main responsibilities:** * Preparing coffee, cold and hot beverages. * Customer service and cash register/POS operation. * Preparing simple food items and cafeteria service. * Opening and closing the establishment according to assigned shifts. * Cleaning and maintaining order at the bar, dining area, and work zones. * Restocking and basic inventory control. * Collaborating with the rest of the team. **We are looking for a person who is:** * **Responsible, honest, and punctual.** * Has a positive attitude and treats customers kindly. * Agile and capable of learning quickly. * Skilled in problem solving. * Organized and attentive to cleanliness. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Available to work weekends and holidays. * **Initial schedule** available: Tuesday to Thursday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM (possibility of schedule extension) Previous experience in cafés, hospitality, or customer service will be valued, although it is **not mandatory**.
