With 96\.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking a Planning and Control Engineer for our offices located in Spain. Requirements: * More than 5 years of experience in planning and project control for offshore / Oil \& Gas projects (EPC: topsides, jackets, platforms). * Experience using Primavera P6 or MS Project for schedules, critical paths, and S\-curves. * Monitoring of engineering hours, planned vs. earned objectives, and control of MDL and KPIs. * Coordination of multidisciplinary activities and progress reporting to management and clients. * Identification of deviations and proposal of corrective actions to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. * English level B2 or higher. Location: * 100% on\-site in Spain. ###### **Deviation \& Risk Management** ###### **Schedule Management** ###### **Reporting \& Communication** ###### **KPI \& Deliverables Monitoring** ###### **English** #### **Principal duties** * Ensure proper project planning and control, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, engineering and construction objectives, and contractual commitments. * Identify deviations in schedule, resources, or deliverables, proposing corrective actions and mitigation plans to minimize risks and delays. * Prepare, update, and integrate master and detailed schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project, coordinating information from all disciplines involved in the project. * Monitor key management indicators (KPIs, LA03\) and the MDL (Master Deliverables List), ensuring traceability and compliance of deliverables. * Analyze project efficiency and optimize resource utilization, contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes. * Monitor weekly and monthly progress, controlling spent vs. earned hours and comparing planned objectives against achieved results. **Why join DAPIN?** ------------------- * You will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large\-scale change.
