Field Manager

Description

* Part-time contract. * Fully flexible scheduling. The candidate may freely decide which days to work and how to distribute their working hours, without a fixed schedule, provided that assigned objectives are met and tasks are handled within established deadlines. * Autonomy, responsibility, and planning ability will be highly valued to ensure proper performance of the role. Main responsibilities: * Conduct property visits and verify occupancy status and condition. * Contact debtors, occupants, or third parties related to the asset in a professional and respectful manner. * Negotiate voluntary handovers, access agreements, and other amicable solutions where appropriate. * Prepare visit reports including photographs and supporting documentation. * Coordinate with legal, recovery, and asset management departments. * Monitor case files and update information in the company's CRM. * Manage issues arising from visits and propose alternative courses of action. Requirements: * Experience in NPLs, debt recovery, real estate management, servicing, or similar functions (desirable). * Valid EU driving license (Category B) and personal vehicle. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency with computer tools (Office suite and CRM). * Ability to work independently and organize tasks efficiently. Particularly valued: * Experience with banking assets or investment fund assets. * Knowledge of mortgage procedures and judicial enforcement. * Experience negotiating with debtors and occupants. * Academic background in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
