At Carglass® , we are looking for a Picker for our Distribution Center in Ciempozuelos , ensuring orders are prepared and managed with the highest quality and efficiency. Your Mission Supply customer-requested materials following internal procedures and established standards, contributing to the proper functioning of distribution. Main Responsibilities Prepare orders according to delivery notes generated by logistics. Place incoming materials according to delivery notes. Report incidents (e.g., missing materials, inventory errors) to the warehouse manager. **If you hold a forklift license:** Move cartons between bulk and pick locations. Unload incoming trucks and load outbound shipments. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. Carry out all necessary supplementary activities to ensure successful job performance. What We Are Looking For **Education:** Vocational training (FP) or equivalent. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Training in environment, quality, and occupational health and safety (PRL), or willingness to acquire it. **Minimum Experience:** 6 months in a warehouse setting. **Key Competencies:** Teamwork, results orientation, initiative, flexibility, internal customer orientation, self-motivation, and quality execution.
