Job Summary: We are seeking a Leisure Monitor for AFANIAS, a leading organization in intellectual disability, to accompany participants on summer trips and support individuals with functional diversity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to the planning and development of leisure activities 2. Provide support for participants' daily needs 3. In this context, the position of LEISURE MONITOR is opened within AFANIAS’ leisure service to accompany participants on summer leisure trips. * Contribute to the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of activities defined within the project framework. * Conduct group interventions with minors with Functional Diversity. * Provide support for participants’ daily living needs according to their individual requirements (intermittent, limited, extensive, and/or generalized). * Participate in tasks and activities related to the project within one’s area of intervention. * Actively participate in team coordination meetings. * Support the project lead in preparing and completing necessary documentation for project implementation (reports, summaries, etc.). * Academic qualification in a social field: Technician in Care for Dependent Persons; Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education; Bachelor’s Degree in Social Integration; Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education, etc. * Leisure Monitor certification and T.L. (Leisure Technician) qualification, or at least one year of experience managing and delivering leisure and free-time activities. * Ability to handle physically and emotionally demanding work. * Ability to maintain discipline and manage challenging behavior. * Strong communication skills. * High capacity for direct attention and teamwork. * Ability to motivate and energize groups. * Availability to work during the summer period. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE VALUED * Specific training in special education. * Experience in leisure activities with people with Functional Diversity. * Valuable experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). * Valuable training in Sign Language. * Volunteer experience with AFANIAS at present
