Job Summary: We are seeking a Gardening Supervisor with high empathy and strong conflict resolution skills to organize and supervise gardening tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of workers and respectful treatment of citizens GARDENING SUPERVISOR Contract Type: TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (60 days) Working Hours: 7:00–15:00 Conflict resolution ability High empathy Ability to plan and organize tasks Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities is desirable Relevant qualifications in the social field (e.g., social education, social integration) are desirable Valid driver's license is mandatory; Class C license will be valued Phytosanitary product applicator license is desirable Training and experience in tree pruning is desirable Certificate of physical/sensory disability is desirable. Daily organization of brigade tasks · Vehicle inspection at the start and end of each workday · Daily completion of assigned production sheet · Collection and handover of materials at the start and end of each workday · Vehicle driving · Gardening tasks: manual watering, weeding, pruning, shrub trimming, irrigation system monitoring, phytosanitary applications, etc. · Information transfer to responsible personnel for the assigned area · Supervision of workers’ correct task execution · Appropriate and respectful treatment of citizens who may approach the worker during working hours · Monitoring and supervision of assigned first-aid kit * Experience: 12 months as a Gardener * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (2 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1645 * Additional relevant information: Working hours: 07:00–15:00
