We seek someone who is **friendly, quick, organized, and excellent with customers**, and who understands that in hospitality, experience matters as much as the product. **Your Responsibilities** * Prepare poke bowls, açaís, and breakfasts following our recipes and processes. * Brew specialty coffee (basic latte art is a plus). * Create smoothies and natural beverages. * Maintain daily mise en place, cleanliness, order, and visual appeal of the space. * Contribute ideas for new menu items and service improvements. * Assist with order management, inventory, and supplier coordination. * Keep the space clean, orderly, and energetically positive. **What We Look For In You** * Prior kitchen and café/barista experience (strongly preferred if you excel in both). * A personable individual with clear customer orientation. * Passion for coffee and brunch culture, with enthusiasm for innovation. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and team spirit. * Attention to detail — from how you serve a bowl to how you pour milk into a cappuccino. * Creativity and eagerness to contribute ideas. * Food handling certification (mandatory). **What We Offer** * Part-time contract (20 hours per week, including weekends). * Initial training on recipes, processes, and HOKO’s culture. * Opportunity to grow within a young project with a long-term vision. * A dynamic, healthy, and soulful team where your voice matters. * Delicious meals during your shift (yes, poke included). * The chance to put your personal stamp on a unique project.
