The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, identifying operational risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and recommending improvements to strengthen business processes. Responsibilities * Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and administrative processes. * Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management procedures. * Identify process weaknesses and recommend practical improvements. * Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and corrective action plans. * Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. * Collaborate with department managers to improve operational efficiency. * Assist in fraud prevention initiatives and support investigations when necessary. Requirements * Previous experience as an Internal Auditor, Audit Analyst, or in a similar role. * Knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management principles. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Experience with ERP systems and audit management software is an advantage. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (CIA, ACCA, or equivalent) are considered a plus.
