Job Summary: We are seeking Gerocultors/As to cover temporary positions at our residential care center, responsible for providing comprehensive and dignified care to residents, including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and maintenance of their well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive and dignified care for residents 2. Assistance with personal hygiene and nutrition 3. Maintenance of well-being and autonomy We are seeking Gerocultors/As to cover temporary positions at our residential care center. Temporary contract with an approximate duration of 6 months. Provide respectful and dignified care to individuals, preserving their autonomy, privacy, habits, customs, beliefs, and values. Perform personal hygiene care (showering, hygiene procedures, hair combing, nail clipping, dressing) in appropriate spaces and in accordance with established protocols. Provide support or coverage during meals and monitor intake both qualitatively and quantitatively. Offer assistance required by individuals for mobility. Manage elimination processes according to protocol, ensuring prevention of possible complications and informing the designated healthcare staff if any issues arise. Maintain the resident's physical appearance in good condition. Keep assistive devices (prostheses, orthoses, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.) and residents' personal utensils clean and in good working order. Properly maintain and handle medical equipment under the guidance of the designated healthcare staff. Make beds, help keep rooms tidy, collect laundry, deliver it to the laundry facility, and manage residents' clothing according to the center’s Functional Plan. Perform positional changes and preventive measures (e.g., skin hydration, use of cushions, positional changes, etc.) assigned to you using appropriate techniques to prevent pressure injuries. Report any health-related incidents affecting residents through the center’s established reporting procedure. * Vocational Training Qualification (Medium Level) * Availability of a vehicle * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1221
