Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Infrastructure division, requires a Data Scientist Technician at its Madrid Campus.**Job Description** **Mission:** To develop and implement advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that extract value from data, optimize processes, and improve decision-making across various business areas—contributing to tangible impact generation and the evolution of the organization’s analytical capabilities. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement **machine learning and artificial intelligence models**, applying advanced techniques for prediction, optimization, and data-driven decision-making. * Design and execute **advanced statistical analyses** on large volumes of data, identifying relevant patterns, trends, and relationships. * Build and optimize **data pipelines**, including ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes, ensuring data quality and availability. * Apply advanced AI techniques to unstructured data (NLP, computer vision, deep learning) in high-impact projects. * Evaluate model performance using metrics and validation techniques, ensuring robustness and generalization capability. * Collaborate on **model industrialization**, working with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production environments. * Generate **actionable insights** and communicate results to business stakeholders through data visualizations and data storytelling. * Collaborate with business, data, and IT teams in defining analytical solutions that maximize AI impact. * Ensure adherence to **best practices in data science**, including documentation, reproducibility, and model quality. * Contribute to **AI technique innovation**, incorporating new methodologies and trends into the organization’s domain. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field. * A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Data Science, AI, or Analytics is desirable. * Minimum **3 years’ experience in data science or artificial intelligence projects**. * Proficiency in: * Programming languages: Python, R, or similar. * Machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-learn. * Data processing: SQL, Spark, Hadoop. * Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
