In order to achieve this mission, we are looking for a Data Management Expert who helps us evolve our Data Ecosystem. You have an end\-to\-end responsibility for analyzing, defining, and launching informational platform use cases. You are passionate about improving the client experience and have broad knowledge of data models to create foundations for decision\-making and provide insights to our customers, regulators, and the rest of the organization. You work in the Data Management tribe in Spain together with other experts, building, defining, and deploying our new Data platform, providing data to our stakeholders in order to cover their informational needs and translating functional requirements to the technical team. You will initiate new initiatives and drive change, working closely with customers and key stakeholders on vision, strategy, and the roadmap. You are a team player and motivator. You are actively involved in the maintenance, development, and realization of new data management capabilities. As an expert, you will deliver all the necessary business know\-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared purpose. As a Data Management Expert, you will report to the Chapter Lead of the Data Management tribe. **Your key responsibilities:** As a Data Management Expert you will: * You will have an end\-to\-end responsibility for the development of information use cases for reporting and analytics. * As a key member of the squad, you will contribute by providing broad **knowledge of data models**, capturing business requirements from operational systems and elaborating information mappings for development members**.** * In collaboration with different squads and CoE (all together), define new requirements over Functional Data Architecture and Data Management Framework (WoW, Glossary, Metadata, Data Quality, Governance…) * You will be responsible for defining "ready" and "done", and acceptance criteria for user stories in coordination with the team **What are we looking for?** Want to know if this job is made for you? Have proven e* perience in **Data Lake / Data Warehousing platforms**, especially within Data Marts Modeling, ETL processes and Reporting, including value proposition design, performance improvements and platform data quality monitoring. * Knowledge of Data **Governance** and **Quality** frameworks. * Knowledge of **reporting tools** such as MicroStrategy, IBM Cognos, Power BI. * Knowledge of new trends in data management such as Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Data Virtualization … Agile working e* perience for more than 2\-3 years * Be able to communicate clearly (written and oral) with different stakeholders (advanced English is required) * Be able to participate in the strategic definition of the data platform, linking current events and business strategy. * Have **strong analytical skills** and create models to make decisions based on data and facts. * Have strong analytical and judgment skills (recognize key information, organize problem identification, research, various methods of analysis, establishment of connections, etc.) * Be a team player, stimulate cross\-border interaction and alignment between people, Squads \& Chapters. * Be curious, passionate about innovation and stay on top of trends and developments within the Data world.
