For this project, we are seeking professionals to fill **TECHNICAL ARCHITECT** positions at established companies in the sector. Location of vacancies: **Barcelona and the metropolitan area.** **Responsibilities** Responsibilities may vary significantly among different clients: * Preparation of budgets. * Assessment of client requirements. * Supervision of the physical execution of construction works. * Quantitative and qualitative control of construction and building quality. * Verification of receipt of construction materials. * Monitoring of tests and inspections. * Drafting of plans. * Coordination with other architects, surveyors, supervisors, and other construction professionals. * Site supervision. * Oversight of compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations. REQUIREMENTS Education: * Degree in Architecture or equivalent. * Knowledge of geotechnical and topographic principles. * Languages: written and spoken Catalan, Spanish, and English. * Software: AUTOCAD. * Presto. * Basic knowledge of BIM. * Experience: over 2 years. * Possession of a personal vehicle is considered a plus. **We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Salary: €33\-38\.000 gross per year. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. * An established company in an expansion phase. * Positive work environment.
