Key responsibilities include all matters related to hiring, occupational risk prevention (PRL), and personnel selection. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Labor Relations** or equivalent qualification. * **Master’s degrees or specialized courses** in labor management, payroll, or occupational risk prevention will be valued. **Responsibilities** * Full management of **payrolls**, incidents, and monthly variable components. * Processing of **Social Security** registrations, employment contracts, modifications, and affiliations. * Coordination and execution of **recruitment processes** (job posting, candidate screening, interviews). * Occupational risk management. * Internal advisory services on current labor legislation. * Preparation of reports and document management for the department. * Liaison with official bodies (SEPE, TGSS, INSS, etc.). **Competencies and Skills** * Solid knowledge of labor legislation. * Advanced proficiency in payroll tools and labor administration platforms. Experience with A3\ is desirable. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Communication and conflict resolution skills.
